Our motto

“Strength lies in US.”

The most important value of our organisation is not the events we hold, but the relationships we manage to build and the people who choose, every day, to devote part of their time to others. Every initiative has a single goal: to create bonds between people, foster integration, support those in need, promote mutual understanding between Italy and Romania, and help grow an ever more united, open, supportive community that plays an active role in the social, cultural and economic life of the area.

For us, building a community means building a future: making sure every Italian citizen finds a point of reference, every Romanian citizen interested in Italy finds a serious, available and knowledgeable contact, and anyone who shares our values feels part of a community founded on trust, solidarity and the wish to build together something that lasts.

Our activities

Casa Italia Iași promotes cultural, educational and social initiatives aimed at the growth of the Italian community in Iași: gatherings, moments of cultural exploration, opportunities for intergenerational exchange, and initiatives of mutual support among members.

We respect our differences, build bridges and live together — two cultures, one community. Every initiative is born from the wish to introduce Italy to Romania and Romania to the Italians living in Iași, in a two-way dialogue made of culture, gatherings and friendship.

Activities held and planned are published in the Official announcements section and shared in the social media feed.
